We ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein by Swiss Post.

We ship to other countries with Post or Express Courier, depends on the destination.

The best type of shipment is chosen according to the destination and quantity of products ordered. In several cases it is only possible to make a shipment without a tracking number. It will therefore not be possible to provide a tracking number. The shipping risk is to be borne by the buyer. In the event that the order has not been delivered one week after the expected delivery date, please contact us.

Due to delivery, customs and service troubles we do can not ship directly to some countries, if you are not able to order from your country, please contact us.

Samples

We ship worldwide.

Cost of shipment for samples by Swiss Post is free.

IMPORTANT: Samples order can only be shipped by regular mail, without tracking. No responsibility in case of loss or not delivered items. No refund will be possible.

Delivery times can sometimes be long, please be patient. If you have not received your samples one month after ordering, please contact us.

TAXES AND FEES
All orders include local Swiss taxes, all packaging material and all other local Swiss fees.
You may, depending on your place and country of destination, have to pay local taxes and VAT. Please consult your local customs for questions about VAT, customs handling fee and other charges when importing goods from Switzerland.

In the event that the Customs of the destination Country, for whatever reason, does not clear the goods and they are sent back or destroyed or in any other way not delivered, Tiferet GmbH will not refund the amount paid by the BUYER and may charge the BUYER for the cost of return shipping. Any costs and responsibilities associated with any kind of procedure with the Customs of the destination Country shall be borne entirely by the BUYER.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards. Payment interface is secured by Swiss Postfinance.
We accept Swiss Post finance payment card and Postfinance e-finance (Swiss clients only).

RETURN POLICY
For your safety and as we trust our clients: We offer you very flexible return options.
You can cancel your order within two weeks after we have received it. We kindly ask you to return the goods after your cancelation. We will reimburses you within 7 days after we have received the goods.
You can return new, unopened items from a canceled order within two weeks after they have been delivered to you. You may return your purchased goods without specifying the reasons for the return.
Please make sure not to open or test any fragrance items in case you want to return them. Items should be returned in their original packaging, unopened and unused. All costs for returning goods such as extra taxes or shipment and packaging costs are covered by the buyer of the goods.
We will refund you the costs of the goods without covering the shipment of the goods to the shipment address provided with your order or any tax or customs fee.

In case of missing deliveries due to incorrect address, addresee absent, uncollected parcel or any other reason not depending on us, no refund will be possible.

Address and order information can be communicated to logistics provider who ship your orders. They do not store any information beyond the temporary need to make your order ready for shipment.

All collected data are only stored on our safe hosting server in a Swiss data center and as backup copies at Tiferet GmbH, in St.Gallen, Switzerland.
